2020 Reflection: Shoulda-Coulda-Woulda
By Jesse Kepka

Self-doubt can be a real ball-buster. I’ve had a rough week of workouts and have been generally unimpressed with my performances. I’ve been training long enough to know that not every day is a super-hero-strength day. I know that the difficult sessions are the days I get stronger. Acceptance of these help, but the doubt will find its way inside like water finding the cracks and crevices.
Promise yourself that, in your year of 2020, you will always show up no matter how many demons tell you not to or that you can’t. Lace up your shoes and move it. You can be better. Faster. Stronger. Healthier. Promise yourself to be the person you want to be when another New Year’s Eve rolls around. Impress yourself. Stun yourself. And choose to start today, step by step. There’s absolutely no room for shoulda-woulda-coulda this year. We need your best self. I need your best self. No excuses.
