I took the following acronym from another trainer and have been living by it for years: BEDWAS.
Begin Each Day With a Smile.
When we get discouraged in our progress or hit a wall in seeing results, it’s important to remember how far we’ve come and be thankful for another day to try again. Start each day with a smile and choose 3 things for which you’re grateful. This single action will ensure the path of your day is a positive and productive one.
