Music can be the motivational tool to get you excited for your exercise and fitness program

Perhaps only a fitness professional would talk about preparing for an eight-mile race that he’s registered for on his “vacation.” In this video, Chad Austin talks to the Zoom-fitness-class audience about how he is using music to help fuel preparations for “vacation.”

Note: Trainer (and co-author) Jess is a different person than Chad’s Vacation Partner Jess. They are two different people. We know it’s confusing. 🙂
