Watch: How to Get Back on Track with Your Wellness Plan; Don’t Play Catch Up

Based in the Kansas City metro, many of us have celebrated the Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory. As Chad Austin points out, the players are now facing a challenge that all of us encounter from time to time. Getting back on track with our wellness plans after life (whether good or bad) knocks us off our routine. In this video, Chad emphasizes the importance of being patient when returning to that routine to avoid burnout or injury.


Tip shared by Chad Austin, who has been a leader in the fitness industry since 2003. He has experience as an athlete, coach, student, teacher, client, and trainer. He is the owner of Priority Fitness and a co-organizer for Priority Fit Camp. Each week, we publish a health and wellness tip that is shared at the Priority Fit Camp community workout. The free group class happens every Saturday at 7:50 a.m.
