As school is starting and our schedules start to change with the season, it’s important to keep an eye on priorities. Our days will begin to fill quickly and steadily, but don’t let fitness fall off your list. Consistency is key. Even if you only find an extra 20-30 minutes in your day, a simple circuit will do the trick.
