I may be biased, but my fitness community by whom I’m surrounded is the bomb-est. It’s also a bit confusing as we share names and intermingle our contributions of strengths. Nerd-alert: My husband deemed the following infographic necessary to break things down and get to know our operations a bit better. Just follow the arrows and don’t get dizzy. 🤦♀️
The Studio and the Community
To add a little more context, Chad Austin owns Priority Fitness, which includes a training studio that is the home to multiple personal trainers. It’s similar to a co-working facility like Plexpod but for fitness professionals. Jesse Kepka owns Elevate Fitness and is one of those fitness professionals who operates out of the Priority Fitness facility. Chad was also a co-founder of the Make Fitness A Priority (MFAP) community network of which Jesse and Elevate Fitness are members. Additionally, with the partnership Chad and Jesse have developed, they co-authored the book, Make Fitness a Priority: 30 Tips to Elevate Your Life Through Fitness, which is a compilation of tips the two have shared with the MFAP community. More recently, Jessi Chadd has started sharing tips with MFAP as well. Thomas runs my website.
