A one-hour circuit-based class to get your weekend started right. Foundational strength, bear crawl circuits, cardio, and trunk work. All in one session. This is the kind of class that makes the rest of your weekend feel earned.

This class is intermediate to advanced. Participants are expected to understand key movement patterns and perform exercises safely without ongoing supervision or correction.
