The Studio.

A space built for one thing.

Most gyms are built for volume. The more members, the better. Elevate Fitness was built on a completely different idea: that personal training works best when the environment matches the intention. Small, focused, human-scaled, and free of everything that makes big gyms feel like too much.

Never Too Late Personal Training

After a long and rewarding career in education both as a teacher and an administrator, I retired in 2019. When my personal trainer, Jesse Kepka, suggested I become a Certified Personal Trainer, I admit that I had not thought about doing something like that, especially in retirement! However, I have experienced firsthand the benefits of personal training. I have gained strength and balance and maintained flexibility, which allows me to move and function better in everyday activities … like playing with my grandkids! Also, I have taken over personal care of my husband who is disabled. Personal training has helped strengthen my core so that I can avoid back and other injuries while I am assisting him. This is what has motivated me in my second career — the desire to help others who want to stay as vibrant and active as possible as they age gracefully. It’s never too late.

Elevate Fitness Online

Born from the passion and impact Jesse brings to her in-person training, Elevate Fitness Online extends that same dedication to those who thrive with independent, structured support. As Jesse’s husband, I’ve seen firsthand how lives change through fitness — and I wanted to help expand that reach. While Jesse writes custom programs for her clients, I design the workouts she follows herself — and now, through our Train with the Trainer mobile experience, you can follow that same path. Delivered through a premium app, these programs offer expert structure, real-life flexibility, and the consistency to keep you moving forward.
