Start by scheduling your initial consultation.
There’s no standard program here. Every client who walks into Elevate starts with a conversation about where they are, where they want to go, and what’s gotten in the way before. From there, Jesse builds something that actually fits your life, your body, and your goals.
The most common thing new clients say is some version of “I wasn’t sure this was for me.” It always is. Here’s a short version of who Jesse works with:
People who are brand new to fitness and don’t know where to start. People who’ve been active their whole lives and want to push further. People returning after a long break, an injury, or a major life change. People who’ve tried big gyms and found them overwhelming, impersonal, or just not sustainable. People dealing with chronic pain or movement limitations who need someone who understands the difference between pushing hard and making things worse. People who just need someone in their corner.
If you’re not sure whether this is for you, that’s exactly what the free consultation is for.
“Honestly, when it comes down to it, I would really just love to meet you and hear your story.”
Do I need any fitness experience to work with Jesse?
Not at all. Some of Jesse’s most rewarding client relationships have started with people who’ve never set foot in a gym. The first session always begins with a conversation, not a workout. So there’s no pressure to show up already knowing what you’re doing.
What happens during the free consultation?
It’s a relaxed conversation. No fitness test, no sales pitch. Jesse will ask about your goals, your history with exercise, any injuries or limitations, and what’s gotten in the way before. From there she can tell you honestly whether and how she can help.
How often would I train with Jesse?
That depends on your goals, schedule, and budget. Most clients train two to three times per week, but Jesse works with people across a range of frequencies. You’ll figure out what makes sense together during the consultation.
What’s the difference between one-on-one training and small group training?
One-on-one means every minute of the session is designed around you specifically. Small group training brings two to four people together, usually friends, for a shared session. You still get a trainer who knows every person in the room, just at a shared cost.
Do you offer nutrition coaching separately from personal training?
Yes. Nutrition coaching is available as a standalone service or alongside a training program. Jesse’s approach isn’t about rigid meal plans. It’s about helping you build realistic habits that support your goals long term.
What if I have an injury or chronic pain?
Jesse is a certified corrective exercise specialist, which means she’s specifically trained to work with people dealing with movement limitations, muscle imbalances, and pain. Many of her clients come to her precisely because other training approaches have hurt them. Just be upfront about what’s going on and she’ll work around it or through it appropriately.
Do you offer online training?
Jesse’s offers structured online training programs through Elevate Fitness Online, including a mobile app experience. If in-person training isn’t possible, that’s a great option worth exploring.
