Watch: Chad Austin Shares Story of How One Client Made Fitness a Priority

January 25, 2020/in Insights, Video, Weekly Tips

We filmed Chad’s tip this week, so you can watch it for yourself.

A lot of times when we say that we don’t have time, what we mean is that “I don’t have time to workout like I used to.” Priorities change because life changes. It’s natural for fitness to move up and down your priority list. However, it’s important to keep it ON your priority list. You might not be doing as much as before the promotion, kids and home ownership, but keep doing something.

Tip shared by Chad Austin, who has been a leader in the fitness industry since 2003. He has experience as an athlete, coach, student, teacher, client, and trainer. He is the owner of Priority Fitness and a co-organizer for Priority Fit Camp. Each week, we publish a health and wellness tip that is shared at the Priority Fit Camp community workout. The free group class happens every Saturday at 7:50 a.m.
